A small note

Affiliate Disclosure

Hello, and thank you for reading. In the spirit of transparency — and in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines — I want to share a small, honest note about how this journal keeps the kettle on.

Some links here are affiliate links

Some of the products mentioned in entries on Mindfully Modern are linked through affiliate programs — most often the Amazon Associates Program. When you click one of those links and purchase the item, this journal may earn a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same — affiliate commissions come out of the retailer’s pocket, not yours.

Only things I would recommend anyway

I will never recommend a product I haven’t used, don’t believe in, or wouldn’t gift to someone I love. If a product appears here, it has earned a place in my home or my evenings. Slow living means choosing things carefully — that principle extends to what I share with you.

Why your support matters

This journal is small and slow. Affiliate commissions help cover the cost of keeping it running — the hosting, the photography, the candles I burn while writing. Every purchase made through an affiliate link, even a small one, is a quiet vote for the kind of slow, thoughtful internet I want to be part of. Thank you.

How to spot an affiliate link

Posts that contain affiliate links carry a small italic note at the top of the entry, so you’ll always know before you read. Affiliate links are also marked with the appropriate rel="sponsored" attribute behind the scenes, in line with current SEO and FTC best practices.

Amazon Associates statement

Mindfully Modern is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Questions?

If you ever have a question about a recommendation here — how I use it, whether it lives up to its claims, anything at all — please write. I’d love to hear from you.
